Discover Agashé: Sudan’s emblematic spice blend
Originally from Sudan, it is famous for its unique combination of flavors and its popularity in Sudanese street food. In many African countries, Agashé is appreciated under other names, such as Suya in Cameroon or Ghana.
Agashé is a renowned blend of spices, made from a base of roasted peanut powder to which different spices are added depending on the recipe: cardamom, ginger, cloves, Guinea pepper, cayenne pepper…
We produce our Agashé powder in France, in the village of Lalinde in the Dordogne. Our dedicated team uses traditional manufacturing methods to create each batch of our iconic spice blend. We carefully select the finest ingredients to guarantee exceptional quality.
It is packaged in a resealable kraft bag. This airtight packaging is specially designed for long shelf-life.
